1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the Moon Soldier Mess Giveaway Competition ("the Competition") run by Moon Soldier ("the Organiser"). 1.2 By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Competition is open to residents of the UK, US, and Europe, aged 16 and over. 2.2 Employees of the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Requirements

3.1 No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition. 3.2 To enter the Competition, participants must follow @houseof.mess, like the competition post, and comment tagging one friend. 3.3 Participants can earn an additional entry by sharing the competition post on their Instagram stories and tagging @houseof.mess. 3.4 Only one comment entry and one story entry per person are allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

4. Competition Period

4.1 The Competition begins on Wednesday, 10th July 2024, and ends on 30th August 2024 at 23:59 ("the Competition Period"). 4.2 Entries received after the Competition Period will not be considered.

5. Selection of Winner

5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period. 5.2 The winner will be announced on 10th August 2024 via Instagram Stories and a post. 5.3 The winner will be contacted via Instagram message and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. 5.4 If the winner does not respond within the specified time, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Prize

6.1 The prize consists of a Mess Tee of the winner’s choice. 6.2 The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. 6.3 The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

7. Publicity

7.1 By entering the Competition, participants agree to the use of their name, image, and entry in any publicity material without further compensation. 7.2 The winner agrees to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Organiser.

8. General Conditions

8.1 The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances beyond the Organiser's control. 8.2 The Organiser is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any participant by any third party connected with this Competition. 8.3 The Organiser's decision in respect of all matters to do with the Competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Data Protection

9.1 Personal data provided during the course of this Competition will only be processed as set out in the Organiser's Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury suffered by any participant entering the Competition or as a result of accepting the prize.

11. Governing Law

11.1 The Competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
