About moon soldier

Where the business catches up with the ambition.

Moon Soldier is a strategy studio for founders and creators who have built something valuable but need the business, brand and experience to make more sense.

Some arrive with an audience. Others arrive with clients, services, products or an idea they are ready to build properly. We bring clarity to what they are building, structure to how it grows and direction to how people experience it.

What moon soldier is

A strategy studio for founders and creators ready to build with clarity.

‍Strong businesses are not built through isolated decisions. The offer, positioning, identity, content, website and customer experience all shape how the business is understood.

Moon Soldier brings those parts into one connected system. We clarify the commercial direction first, then build the brand and experience around it.

We do not begin with aesthetics, templates or trends. We begin with the business underneath them.

We build:
  1. Clear positioning and direction
  2. Offers and business logic that make sense
  3. A connected brand experience people can understand and trust

Led by strategy.

Why I built Moon Soldier.

For more than 15 years, I worked across creative strategy, campaigns and brand experience for organisations including Xbox, Google, Cartier and Amazon.

Inside established businesses, I saw what sits behind a strong brand. Clear positioning guides decisions. Commercial structure gives ideas somewhere to grow. Consistent experiences make the promise of the business believable.

Outside those organisations, I kept meeting founders and creators with real talent and momentum but no equivalent structure. Some had audiences. Others had clients, products or ambitious ideas. The problem was rarely a lack of potential. The business, brand and experience simply had not been built as one connected system.

Moon Soldier was created to close that gap.

Not to make founders act like creators, or creators act like corporations. To help both build something clear, credible and capable of growing.
I’ve led creative for global campaigns, directed teams across Europe, advised C-suite marketers and business owners, and translated chaos into cohesion for brands across tech, luxury, and media.
Moon Soldier is that bridge:
  1. from scattered brand to scalable system.
  2. From content chaos to commercial clarity.
  3. From creator to company.
It’s strategic creative direction, made by someone who’s been on the inside and a creator.

What we stand for

Clarity
We simplify the problem before designing the answer.
Consistency
Every decision should reinforce the same promise, from the website to the service itself.
Identity
The goal is not to make you look like everyone else. It is to make what is already distinctive easier to recognise.
Discipline
Good ideas need systems that continue working when motivation changes.
Respect
You bring the vision. We bring structure. The work is strongest when both remain part of the process.
If it doesn’t make sense, it doesn’t scale.

The moon method

The Moon Method is the three-phase system behind our work. It gives founders and creators a clear sequence: understand the business, build the structure, then create the brand experience around it.

Clarity first

We define what you are building, who it is for, where it sits in the market and what it needs to become known for.

Structure next

We shape the offer, revenue logic, business model and strategic intellectual property so the idea can operate with more confidence.

Bring it to life

We translate the strategy into positioning, messaging, visual identity, website and the wider experience people have with the business.

Different starting points.
The same need for clarity.

Some clients come to Moon Soldier to build a brand from the ground up. Others already have an audience and need to understand what the attention is building towards.

Who it's for

Built for founders and creators with momentum.

Moon Soldier works with people who have built something valuable but feel the business, brand or experience has not caught up.

Some arrive with an audience. Others arrive with clients, services, products or an idea they are ready to bring to market.
  1. Your offer or direction is difficult to explain
  2. Your brand no longer reflects the quality of the work
  3. The business relies too heavily on improvisation
  4. Your strategy, identity, content and customer experience do not feel connected
Content may be part of the picture, but it is not the entry requirement. The common thread is that you have something valuable and need the business, brand and experience to align around it.

You are not starting from zero. You are ready to build the next version properly.
