These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Moon Soldier website and services, including the Diagnostic, Moon Method, Content Tracker, free tools and any other offerings provided by Moon Soldier (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By using our website, engaging with our services, or submitting any information, you agree to these Terms.

1. WHO WE SERVE

Our services are designed for creators and entrepreneurs over the age of 18. By using the site, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

Moon Soldier offers:

Free tools like the Diagnostic
Paid strategic services including Moon Method and any bespoke work agreed through a proposal or checkout
Brand education, strategic consulting and digital content. Moon Method scope and final investment are confirmed after an alignment call. We may update, replace or discontinue services and pricing; the details shown at checkout or in an agreed proposal apply to your purchase.
Content Tracker, a connected Instagram analytics product that imports performance data from an authorised Instagram professional account and turns it into benchmarks, comparisons, history and patterns.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All tools, visuals, strategies, frameworks, and language used throughout our services, including The Moon Method™ and Diagnostic, are protected intellectual property. You may not copy, republish, or distribute these materials without express written permission.

4. PAYMENTS & BOOKINGS

All payments are processed securely through third-party services (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your payment details.

Payment is required before paid digital or strategic services begin unless an agreed proposal states otherwise. Any cancellation or refund rights required by law remain unaffected, and additional project-specific terms will be shared before larger engagements begin.
Where a relevant service page, checkout or proposal expressly states that an earlier payment will be credited towards the Moon Method, that credit will be applied to the agreed total investment.

5. DATA & PRIVACY

We collect and process information submitted through our diagnostics, assessments, contact and subscription forms, alongside limited website analytics and transaction records. How this information is used is explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to use this site or our materials to:

Violate any applicable law
Harm or impersonate others
Reverse-engineer or duplicate our systems
Harass or misuse our contact forms

Violation of these terms may result in denied access or legal action.

7. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Moon Soldier offers strategic clarity, not guarantees. We can’t promise revenue outcomes or business success. What you do with our tools and advice is up to you.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moon Soldier is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, free tools or strategic recommendations. You remain responsible for business decisions and implementation.

11. CONTENT TRACKER AND INSTAGRAM

Content Tracker connects to Instagram using Meta's authorised Instagram API with Instagram Login. To use the connected product, you must control an eligible Instagram professional account and choose Connect Instagram from Account, where Meta asks you to authorise the permissions Content Tracker needs. Content Tracker currently requests access needed to identify the connected professional account, read its media and retrieve account or media insights used within the product.

You remain responsible for your Instagram account, the content you publish and your compliance with Instagram and Meta terms. Moon Soldier does not own Instagram and cannot guarantee the continued availability of Meta APIs, individual metrics or connected-platform features. If Meta changes or removes access, Content Tracker functionality may change accordingly.

You may disconnect Instagram from Content Tracker or permanently delete your Moon Soldier account. Disconnecting stops future Instagram API access but can retain previously collected analytics history so the account can be reconnected later. Deleting your Moon Soldier account removes the connected Instagram record and associated stored Content Tracker data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion instructions.

Content Tracker includes automated classifications, benchmarks and recommendations designed to support decision-making. AI-generated content understanding, social SEO suggestions and Next Move guidance are advisory outputs, not guarantees of performance or statements of fact about Instagram. The underlying Instagram metrics and Moon Soldier's deterministic calculations remain the evidence layer used by the product.

Content Tracker may be offered as a private beta before general release. Beta access is manually approved, may be limited or withdrawn, and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain unchanged. Beta participants may be asked to complete short weekly product-feedback check-ins about usage, useful or frustrating features, bugs and ideas. Feedback is used to improve the product. Participation in feedback is not a transfer of intellectual-property ownership, and Moon Soldier may use non-confidential feedback to develop, test and improve Content Tracker.

Moon Soldier Accounts

A Moon Soldier account provides one identity for accessing Moon Soldier products, tools and resources that are made available to you. You are responsible for providing a valid email address, keeping your password secure and not sharing access in a way that could compromise the account. Access to individual products may depend on connection, purchase, eligibility or availability and is not guaranteed simply because a Moon Soldier account exists.

You may delete your Moon Soldier account from your Account. Account deletion removes the Moon Soldier login identity, active sessions and attached product-access records, and removes linked Content Tracker data where applicable. Deleting an account does not by itself create a refund, cancel work already delivered or remove records that Moon Soldier must retain for legal, tax, payment or accounting purposes.
